When booking a vacation package or property with me, my planning services are included. You might be wondering what, exactly, that entails, how it can benefit you vs. booking on your own, and how do I get paid? Here's a list of all the things I offer with my planning services:

• MY EXPERTISE: Most importantly, you get my knowledge and first hand experience. I visit these locations, work with the resort brands directly, and have experience through my own and past clients - along with the other agents in my agency - to know properties and vendors inside and out. My knowledge and experience is invaluable
  
  
• MY ASSISTANCE - FROM QUOTING TO YOUR ARRIVAL BACK HOME: I use my expertise to match you and your family with the resort that most fits your wants, needs, and budget. Then I will prepare you with an itinerary, tips, and general information for your vacation and property. While on your vacation, I will do my best to assist with any travel issues, questions, or overall problems that could possibly occur. When problems arrive, I've got your back!
  
  
• ITINERARY: A detailed electronic itinerary with all of confirmations, reservations, and helpful information. It's accessible via a web browser or through a very convenient app where we can chat - my clients LOVE IT!
  
  
  

HOW I GET PAID:

• I am paid a small commission by suppliers/resorts/vendors on any vacation packages, resort stays and possibly other components of a vacation that I BOOK. YOU DO NOT PAY ANYTHING for my services!!!
  
  
• I do not get paid for researching, quoting, answering questions and helping you figure out where you want to go. I am only paid AFTER a booked client travels. So if your vacation is cancelled, for whatever reason, I do not get paid. I'm just as invested in your vacation as you are! But please know that I never get upset in the case of a cancellation - I understand that life happens!
  
  
• Many people don't realize that EVERY supplier, resort, travel company, etc. includes a travel agent's commission in their pricing, so you end up "paying for my services" whether or not you book with me. Booking direct just means you paid the same price as I could get for you (and sometimes I can do better!), except you did not get my services.
  
  
• All that said, I would appreciate you not taking any information I provide to you and book on your own.
  
  
• Finally, I LOVE what I do, and there is no greater pleasure than making my clients' vacations perfect! I will back you up, fight for you, and make your vacation as special and magical as it can be!
